Supervise all subcontractors and trades

Conduct on-site project coordination meetings with our subcontractors and owner’s vendors

Update construction schedules for all trades and vendors throughout the project

Review and approve all subcontractor and vendor payment requests

Prepare final punch lists and supervise them to completion

Furnish operations and maintenance closeout manuals

Obtain equipment warranties and guarantees

Obtain Building Department sign-offs

Coordinate client move-in
